Donate Don't Dump
Gaz and Babs have got a message for you, "Donate Don't Dump".
The Heart Breakfast presenters have teamed up with the Hospice of St Francis for a new campaign to collect unwanted, but good quality, clothes for charity.
How you can get involved?
Step 1: Rummage in the back of your wardrobe
Step 2: Find items of clothing you may have never worn (or worn just once!)
Step 3: Clear them out
Step 4: Donate them to the Hospice for stock for their charity shops.
The Hospice is also looking for businessess and organisations, pubs, sports teams, schools and colleges to take part in the initiative.
Babs' will support you!
Babs will visit any local organisations who are interested in taking part to spur you on. Let us know if you're taking part using the form below.
Babs says "I am a real sucker for charity shop shopping. You get some fab bargains and more people should clear out their wardrobe, be ruthless and donate that coat, jumper or top they've always thought they'd get around to wearing but never have! It will really make a difference."
Making a difference:
Claire de Silva, spokesperson for the Hospice of St Francis said: "We can turn your unwanted items into cash for the Hospice which relies on public donations to fund its specialist care for terminally ill patients from across Herts, Beds and Bucks.
